Day 3: Venice
Then Enter St. Mark’s Basilica to see the extravagant, gilded Byzantine architecture of the cathedral. .Finally Enter the Doge’s Palace, a 900 year old marvel of architecture, unique in Italy for its golden Byzantine and Medieval mosaics

Stop in Murano and admire the century-old techniques and skills of the local artisans through a glass-blowing demonstration

Day 4: Venice - Padua - Verona
Breakfast at the hotel with your group
Board your motor coach and continue on to Padua
Visit the Scrovegni Chapel, a masterpiece in the history of painting in Italy and Europe during the 14th century. It is considered to be the most complete series of frescoes created by Giotto in his old age.
Board your motor coach and continue on to Verona, also famed for its grand Arena, a 1st-century Roman amphitheater still hosting concerts and an annual opera festival

Day 5: Verona - Lake Garda
Board your motor coach and travel to Lake Garda. Discover the southern lakeside towns.
Sirmione is on the southern shore of Lake Garda, its most striking feature is its moated castle, the Rocca Scaligera. Sirmione’s narrow medieval streets bustle with colour and life. The setting of the small town is beautiful; and was praised in earlier days by the Roman poet Catullus. At the very tip of the peninsula green lizards scuttle over the extensive remains of a grand Roman villa (once believed to be Catullus’s villa).

Continue on to Desenzano del Garda.
Around the harbour the streets are attractive, and from the castle up the hill there’s a lovely view over the lake. Desenzano del Garda is more of a normal Italian town than a tourist town; you can join in the popular activity of promenading, the passeggiata. Day 6: Verona - Modena - Parma - Genoa

Day 9: Genoa - Turin
Board your motor coach and travel to Turin
Discover Turin with a local guide. The Savoys were as French as they were Italian, and their holdings extended well into the present-day French regions of Savoy and the Côte d’Azur, as well as Sardegna. Travel to Como

BELLAGIO – Village of Bellagio: the so called “Pearl of the Lake”
Cruise along the eastern branch of Como Lake to the city of Lecco.
